Please be advised, Currently Chic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. That will have to be handled by your local postal service (USPS or UPS), by filing a claim and giving them your purchased tracking number.
ALL of our listings can take up to 3-4 weeks to process. Please be aware of the shipping time upon your purchase as that is added to the total processing time per item. If the shipping time is a problem, please immediately contact us to cancel your order. Currently Chic is not responsible for an item once it is shipped. We package our boxes with care ensuring that no damage can occur during shipping.

Please understand that our creations are one of kind. Our frames are very rustic -- made of pine wood and naturally have pine knots and imperfections. There is no plexi or covering over the canvas.
